&lt;p style="text-align:start"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:11pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-variant-ligatures:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:400"&gt;&lt;span style="white-space:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration-thickness:initial"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration-style:initial"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration-color:initial"&gt;&amp;quot;Est&amp;aacute; previsto que o d&amp;iacute;a 04.05.2026 se publique no DOG a Resoluci&amp;oacute;n do 23 de abril de 2026 pola que se aproba a relaci&amp;oacute;n de solicitudes estimadas e desestimadas relativas ao reco&amp;ntilde;ecemento extraordinario do grao I, do grao II e do grao III da traxectoria profesional do persoal ao servizo da Administraci&amp;oacute;n de Xustiza en Galicia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;A situaci&amp;oacute;n que se v&amp;eacute;n padecendo non &amp;eacute; nova, sen&amp;oacute;n sobradamente co&amp;ntilde;ecida desde hai longo tempo, sen que ata a data se adoptasen medidas suficientes para corrixila.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;Debe sinalarse, ademais, que desde o propio &amp;oacute;rgano xudicial interesouse en reiteradas ocasi&amp;oacute;ns a concesi&amp;oacute;n de reforzos de persoal, po&amp;ntilde;endo de manifesto a insuficiencia de medios existentes e a necesidade real e continuada de apoio, sen que as devanditas petici&amp;oacute;ns obtivesen unha resposta eficaz.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;Esta carencia de medios privados est&amp;aacute; a provocar unha acumulaci&amp;oacute;n de tarefas inasumible, atrasos na tramitaci&amp;oacute;n e unha presi&amp;oacute;n laboral constante sobre o persoal destinado no devandito xulgado. As&amp;iacute; mesmo, debe terse en conta que manter de forma prolongada estas condici&amp;oacute;ns de traballo sup&amp;oacute;n un evidente risco para a sa&amp;uacute;de laboral dos traballadores/as , podendo derivar en situaci&amp;oacute;ns de tensi&amp;oacute;ns, ansiedade, esgotamento e outras patolox&amp;iacute;as relacionadas coa carga excesiva de traballo&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

Esta falta de convocatoria non &amp;eacute; s&amp;oacute; unha falta de cortes&amp;iacute;a institucional, sen&amp;oacute;n un incumprimento dos prazos que a propia lexislaci&amp;oacute;n estatal imp&amp;oacute;n.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;Neste sentido e, en relaci&amp;oacute;n ao &lt;strong&gt;TELETRABALLO, lembramos que a Real Decreto-lei 6/2023, do 19 de decembro, na s&amp;uacute;a Disposici&amp;oacute;n final sexta, establece un mandato claro&lt;/strong&gt;: &amp;ldquo;Tras a entrada en vigor do libro primeiro deste real decreto-lei, no prazo de doce meses, previa negociaci&amp;oacute;n colectiva, regularase o teletraballo e o posto de traballo deslocalizado como modalidades de prestaci&amp;oacute;n de servizos a distancia no &amp;aacute;mbito da Administraci&amp;oacute;n de Xustiza. O desenvolvemento regulamentario da devandita modalidade de traballo efectuarase polas administraci&amp;oacute;ns competentes en materia de medios privados e materiais.&amp;rdquo; As&amp;iacute; mesmo, &lt;strong&gt;subli&amp;ntilde;amos que desde o pasado 25 de marzo de 2025 xa se conta co &amp;ldquo;MARCO COM&amp;Uacute;N EN MATERIA DE TELETRABALLO&amp;rdquo; desenvolvido polo Grupo T&amp;eacute;cnico e asinado entre as Comunidades Aut&amp;oacute;nomas con competencias transferidas e o Ministerio.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;Por tanto, non existe escusa t&amp;eacute;cnica nin xur&amp;iacute;dica para seguir dilatando este proceso. &amp;Eacute; incomprensible que, mentres o resto dos funcionarios/as da Xunta de Galicia dispo&amp;ntilde;en de teletraballo desde 2020, esta Direcci&amp;oacute;n Xeral mante&amp;ntilde;a no &amp;quot;limbo&amp;quot; a negociaci&amp;oacute;n para o persoal de Xustiza, ignorando tanto os acordos estatais de marzo de 2025 como os prazos perentorios do RDL 6/2023. Este sindicato esixe ademais que por parte da Direcci&amp;oacute;n Xeral de Xustiza se cumpra o compromiso adquirido na pasada mesa sectorial do d&amp;iacute;a 3 de febreiro, onde se nos trasladou que se remitir&amp;iacute;a borrador do teletraballo e posteriormente convocar&amp;iacute;ase mesa, incumpr&amp;iacute;ndose tam&amp;eacute;n o manifestado.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;Art.- 2 Xornada e horario de traballo na Administraci&amp;oacute;n de Xustiza.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 3. Poder&amp;aacute;n autorizarse prolongaci&amp;oacute;n de xornada ata completar &amp;aacute;s 37.5 horas semanas en c&amp;oacute;mputo mensual de traballo efectivo na xornada de inverno e 35 horas semanas en c&amp;oacute;mputo mensual na xornada de ver&amp;aacute;n. &lt;/strong&gt;Se se reduce a xornada xeral debe reducirse igualmente a prolongaci&amp;oacute;n de xornada&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
Art&amp;ordm; 4.- Xornada e horarios xerais.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 2. Polas ma&amp;ntilde;&amp;aacute;s, de luns a venres, realizarase a parte fixa de horario que consistir&amp;aacute; en 5 horas e media diarias continuadas de obrigada presenza. As 5 horas e media d&amp;aacute; parte fixa deberanse realizar, a elecci&amp;oacute;n do empregado p&amp;uacute;blico, entre as 8.00 e as 15 horas.&lt;/strong&gt; Con este punto queremos recuperar o noso horario hist&amp;oacute;rico no que a parte fixa era de 5 horas e media e a parte flexible de 1 hora e media.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
Art 5.- Xornadas e horario de ver&amp;aacute;n.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 1. Durante a ou per&amp;iacute;odo comprendido entre ou 16 de xu&amp;ntilde;o e ou 15 de setembro, ambos vos dous inclusive, establ&amp;eacute;cese unha xornada intensiva de trinta e duas horas e media semanais, con tempo fixo continuado de obrigada presenza de 5 horas, que se deber&amp;aacute;n realizar, a elecci&amp;oacute;n do empregado p&amp;uacute;blico, de luns a venres, entre as 8.30 e as 14.30.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;Igualmente queremos recuperar a parte fixa de 5 horas no ver&amp;aacute;n.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
