&lt;p class="rtejustify"&gt;La&amp;nbsp;violencia&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;g&#xE9;nero&amp;nbsp;es la&amp;nbsp;expresi&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;m&#xE1;s&amp;nbsp;infame&amp;nbsp;de la&amp;nbsp;desigualdad&amp;nbsp;entre&amp;nbsp;mujeres y hombres que&amp;nbsp;a&#xFA;n&amp;nbsp;persiste&amp;nbsp;en la&amp;nbsp;sociedad,&amp;nbsp;tambi&#xE9;n&amp;nbsp;en&amp;nbsp;Espa&#xF1;a,&amp;nbsp;donde&amp;nbsp;desde&amp;nbsp;que hay&amp;nbsp;estad&#xED;sticas&amp;nbsp;oficiales, se&amp;nbsp;registra&amp;nbsp;cada&amp;nbsp;a&#xF1;o&amp;nbsp;una media de 60&amp;nbsp;asesinatos&amp;nbsp;y&amp;nbsp;decenas&amp;nbsp;de miles de mujeres&amp;nbsp;maltratadas,&amp;nbsp;junto&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;sus&amp;nbsp;hijos,&amp;nbsp;v&#xED;ctimas&amp;nbsp;silenciosas&amp;nbsp;de la&amp;nbsp;barbarie&amp;nbsp;que&amp;nbsp;quedar&#xE1;n&amp;nbsp;marcados&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;por&amp;nbsp;vida.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&#xD;
&lt;p class="rtejustify"&gt;Desde&amp;nbsp;la&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Central&amp;nbsp;Sindical&amp;nbsp;Independiente&amp;nbsp;y de&amp;nbsp;Funcionarios&amp;nbsp;(CSIF)&lt;/strong&gt;,&amp;nbsp;sindicato&amp;nbsp;m&#xE1;s&amp;nbsp;representativo&amp;nbsp;en&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;administraciones&amp;nbsp;p&#xFA;blicas&amp;nbsp;y con&amp;nbsp;presencia&amp;nbsp;creciente&amp;nbsp;en el sector&amp;nbsp;privado, y la&amp;nbsp;Confederaci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;Espa&#xF1;ola&amp;nbsp;de la&amp;nbsp;Polic&#xED;a&amp;nbsp;(CEP),&amp;nbsp;sindicato&amp;nbsp;representativo&amp;nbsp;en el&amp;nbsp;Consejo&amp;nbsp;de la&amp;nbsp;Polic&#xED;a, nos&amp;nbsp;sumamos&amp;nbsp;al&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;25-N&amp;nbsp;D&#xED;a&amp;nbsp;Internacional&amp;nbsp;de la&amp;nbsp;Eliminaci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;de la&amp;nbsp;Violencia&amp;nbsp;contra la&amp;nbsp;Mujer&lt;/strong&gt;,&amp;nbsp;desde&amp;nbsp;nuestra&amp;nbsp;responsabilidad,&amp;nbsp;para&amp;nbsp;sumar&amp;nbsp;esfuerzos&amp;nbsp;frente&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;esta&amp;nbsp;lacra.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&#xD;
&lt;p class="rtejustify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;a name="bookmark2" style="background-size: 16px;"&gt;NOS&amp;nbsp;PREOCUPA&amp;nbsp;TU VIDA&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&#xD;
&lt;p class="rtejustify"&gt;Seg&#xFA;n&amp;nbsp;la&amp;nbsp;Estad&#xED;stica&amp;nbsp;Nacional, este&amp;nbsp;a&#xF1;o, el&amp;nbsp;n&#xFA;mero&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;v&#xED;ctimas&amp;nbsp;contin&#xFA;a&amp;nbsp;aumentando&amp;nbsp;y&amp;nbsp;desde&amp;nbsp;CSIF&amp;nbsp;y&amp;nbsp;CEP&amp;nbsp;insistimos&amp;nbsp;en que no&amp;nbsp;mueren,&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;asesinan. Una&amp;nbsp;vez&amp;nbsp;m&#xE1;s&amp;nbsp;el&amp;nbsp;contador&amp;nbsp;de la&amp;nbsp;muerte&amp;nbsp;se pone en&amp;nbsp;funcionamiento.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&#xD;
&lt;p class="rtejustify"&gt;Desde&amp;nbsp;que&amp;nbsp;comenz&#xF3;&amp;nbsp;la crisis,&amp;nbsp;hemos&amp;nbsp;reclamado&amp;nbsp;el&amp;nbsp;impulso&amp;nbsp;de un&amp;nbsp;Pacto&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;Estado&amp;nbsp;y social&amp;nbsp;renovado&amp;nbsp;contra la&amp;nbsp;violencia&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;g&#xE9;nero&amp;nbsp;que&amp;nbsp;volviera&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;situar&amp;nbsp;la&amp;nbsp;lucha&amp;nbsp;contra este&amp;nbsp;problema&amp;nbsp;en&amp;nbsp;primera&amp;nbsp;l&#xED;nea&amp;nbsp;del debate social y&amp;nbsp;pol&#xED;tico. Lo&amp;nbsp;hemos&amp;nbsp;conseguido.&amp;nbsp;CSIF&amp;nbsp;ha&amp;nbsp;participado&amp;nbsp;activamente&amp;nbsp;incorporando&amp;nbsp;al&amp;nbsp;Pacto&amp;nbsp;alcanzado&amp;nbsp;en el&amp;nbsp;Congreso&amp;nbsp;de los&amp;nbsp;Diputados&amp;nbsp;un total de 10&amp;nbsp;medidas&amp;nbsp;para&amp;nbsp;garantizar&amp;nbsp;la&amp;nbsp;protecci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;total de la&amp;nbsp;v&#xED;ctima&amp;nbsp;y el&amp;nbsp;respeto&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;todos&amp;nbsp;sus&amp;nbsp;derechos,&amp;nbsp;incluidos&amp;nbsp;los&amp;nbsp;laborales:&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&#xD;
&lt;ul&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li class="rtejustify" style="margin-left: 18pt;"&gt;Promover&amp;nbsp;el&amp;nbsp;establecimiento&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;cuotas&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;reserva&amp;nbsp;de los&amp;nbsp;contratos&amp;nbsp;programa&amp;nbsp;en el&amp;nbsp;&#xE1;mbito&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Administraciones&amp;nbsp;P&#xFA;blicas&amp;nbsp;para&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;mujeres&amp;nbsp;v&#xED;ctimas&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;violencia&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;g&#xE9;nero&amp;nbsp;que&amp;nbsp;cumplan&amp;nbsp;con los&amp;nbsp;requisitos&amp;nbsp;que&amp;nbsp;normativamente&amp;nbsp;se&amp;nbsp;establezcan.&amp;nbsp;Medida&amp;nbsp;191&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li class="rtejustify" style="margin-left: 16pt;"&gt;Elaborar&amp;nbsp;un&amp;nbsp;protocolo&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;actuaci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;para&amp;nbsp;la&amp;nbsp;prevenci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;y&amp;nbsp;actuaci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;en&amp;nbsp;casos&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;violencia&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;g&#xE9;nero&amp;nbsp;que&amp;nbsp;afecten&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;trabajadoras&amp;nbsp;de la&amp;nbsp;Administraci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;General del&amp;nbsp;Estado.&amp;nbsp;Medida&amp;nbsp;195&amp;nbsp;Uso&amp;nbsp;del&amp;nbsp;teletrabajo.&amp;nbsp;Medida&amp;nbsp;118&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li class="rtejustify" style="margin-left: 16pt;"&gt;Incorporar&amp;nbsp;los&amp;nbsp;datos&amp;nbsp;demovilidades&amp;nbsp;a la&amp;nbsp;Estad&#xED;stica&amp;nbsp;Nacional.&amp;nbsp;Medida&amp;nbsp;113&amp;nbsp;Garantizar&amp;nbsp;que no&amp;nbsp;haya&amp;nbsp;menoscabo&amp;nbsp;de la&amp;nbsp;promoci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;profesional, de la&amp;nbsp;retribuci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;y de la&amp;nbsp;confidencialidad&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;v&#xED;ctimas&amp;nbsp;por&amp;nbsp;procesos&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;movilidad.&amp;nbsp;Medida&amp;nbsp;115&amp;nbsp;Asegurar&amp;nbsp;la&amp;nbsp;creaci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;Unidades&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;Igualdad&amp;nbsp;en&amp;nbsp;todos&amp;nbsp;los&amp;nbsp;Ministerios&amp;nbsp;(Medida&amp;nbsp;112), de su&amp;nbsp;desarrollo&amp;nbsp;reglamentario&amp;nbsp;y su&amp;nbsp;implicaci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;en&amp;nbsp;esta&amp;nbsp;materia.&amp;nbsp;Medida&amp;nbsp;114&amp;nbsp;Mejora&amp;nbsp;de la&amp;nbsp;formaci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;y&amp;nbsp;sensibilizaci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;de los&amp;nbsp;responsables&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;recursos&amp;nbsp;humanos&amp;nbsp;y los&amp;nbsp;representantes&amp;nbsp;sindicales.&amp;nbsp;Medida&amp;nbsp;272&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li class="rtejustify" style="margin-left: 16pt;"&gt;Impulsar&amp;nbsp;la&amp;nbsp;negociaci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;en los&amp;nbsp;Convenios&amp;nbsp;Colectivos&amp;nbsp;y Planes de&amp;nbsp;igualdad&amp;nbsp;para&amp;nbsp;el&amp;nbsp;desarrollo&amp;nbsp;de los&amp;nbsp;derechos&amp;nbsp;laborales&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;v&#xED;ctimas&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;violencia&amp;nbsp;machista,&amp;nbsp;reordenaci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;del&amp;nbsp;tiempo&amp;nbsp;del&amp;nbsp;trabajo&amp;nbsp;o jornada,&amp;nbsp;movilidad,&amp;nbsp;uso&amp;nbsp;del&amp;nbsp;teletrabajo.&amp;nbsp;Medida&amp;nbsp;197&amp;nbsp;Incorporar&amp;nbsp;el&amp;nbsp;enfoque&amp;nbsp;de la&amp;nbsp;discapacidad.&amp;nbsp;Medida&amp;nbsp;286Difusi&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;del&amp;nbsp;protocolo&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;Movilidad&amp;nbsp;para&amp;nbsp;funcionarias&amp;nbsp;v&#xED;ctimas&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;violencia&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;g&#xE9;nerode&amp;nbsp;la&amp;nbsp;Administraci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;General del&amp;nbsp;Estado,&amp;nbsp;ampliando&amp;nbsp;su&amp;nbsp;&#xE1;mbito&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;acci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;diferentes&amp;nbsp;Administraciones&amp;nbsp;y&amp;nbsp;promoviendo&amp;nbsp;su&amp;nbsp;utilizaci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;en&amp;nbsp;todos&amp;nbsp;los&amp;nbsp;casos.&amp;nbsp;Medida&amp;nbsp;113&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/ul&gt;&#xD;
&#xD;
&lt;p class="rtejustify" style="margin-left: 17pt;"&gt;&lt;a name="bookmark3" style="background-size: 16px;"&gt;ALIMENTA&amp;nbsp;EL&amp;nbsp;COMPROMISO&amp;nbsp;25N&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&#xD;
&lt;p class="rtejustify"&gt;En&amp;nbsp;l&#xED;nea&amp;nbsp;con&amp;nbsp;estas&amp;nbsp;propuestas, con el fin de&amp;nbsp;favorecer&amp;nbsp;el&amp;nbsp;adecuado&amp;nbsp;tratamiento&amp;nbsp;de y&amp;nbsp;atenci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;v&#xED;ctimas&amp;nbsp;en el&amp;nbsp;&#xE1;mbito&amp;nbsp;laboral,&amp;nbsp;CSIF&amp;nbsp;y&amp;nbsp;CEP&amp;nbsp;dan&amp;nbsp;un&amp;nbsp;nuevo&amp;nbsp;paso&amp;nbsp;con la&amp;nbsp;campa&#xF1;a&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;NOS&amp;nbsp;PREOCUPA&amp;nbsp;TU VIDA&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&#xD;
&lt;p class="rtejustify"&gt;En el&amp;nbsp;marco&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;esta&amp;nbsp;campa&#xF1;a,&amp;nbsp;lanzamos&amp;nbsp;un&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;NUEVO&amp;nbsp;SERVICIO&amp;nbsp;DE&amp;nbsp;APOYO&amp;nbsp;A LAS&amp;nbsp;V&#xCD;CTIMAS&lt;/strong&gt;. Se&amp;nbsp;trata&amp;nbsp;de una&amp;nbsp;medida&amp;nbsp;pionera, en el&amp;nbsp;&#xE1;mbito&amp;nbsp;laboral,&amp;nbsp;por&amp;nbsp;la que los&amp;nbsp;delegados/as&amp;nbsp;sindicales,&amp;nbsp;especializados&amp;nbsp;en la&amp;nbsp;materia,&amp;nbsp;actuar&#xE1;n&amp;nbsp;como&amp;nbsp;agentes&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;prevenci&#xF3;n,&amp;nbsp;asesoramiento&amp;nbsp;y&amp;nbsp;apoyo&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;v&#xED;ctimas. De&amp;nbsp;esta&amp;nbsp;manera&amp;nbsp;pretendemos&amp;nbsp;cubrir&amp;nbsp;un&amp;nbsp;vac&#xED;o&amp;nbsp;asistencial&amp;nbsp;en&amp;nbsp;nuestras&amp;nbsp;administraciones&amp;nbsp;y&amp;nbsp;empresas.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&#xD;
&lt;p class="rtejustify"&gt;En este&amp;nbsp;sentido,&amp;nbsp;pretendemos&amp;nbsp;que el&amp;nbsp;Gobierno&amp;nbsp;reconozca&amp;nbsp;e&amp;nbsp;institucionalice&amp;nbsp;la&amp;nbsp;Figura&amp;nbsp;Sindical&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;Apoyo&amp;nbsp;a la&amp;nbsp;V&#xED;ctima, de&amp;nbsp;manera&amp;nbsp;similar a los&amp;nbsp;actuales&amp;nbsp;delegados&amp;nbsp;sindicales&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;prevenci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;laboral.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&#xD;
&lt;p class="rtejustify"&gt;Igualmente,&amp;nbsp;reivindicamos&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;medidas&amp;nbsp;que se&amp;nbsp;contemplan&amp;nbsp;en el&amp;nbsp;Pacto&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;Estado&amp;nbsp;y que&amp;nbsp;afectan&amp;nbsp;al&amp;nbsp;&#xE1;mbito&amp;nbsp;policial:&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&#xD;

	&lt;li class="rtejustify" style="margin-left: 38pt;"&gt;Aumentar&amp;nbsp;el&amp;nbsp;n&#xFA;mero&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;polic&#xED;as&amp;nbsp;asignados&amp;nbsp;a la&amp;nbsp;protecci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;v&#xED;ctimas,&amp;nbsp;especialmente&amp;nbsp;el&amp;nbsp;n&#xFA;mero&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;polic&#xED;as&amp;nbsp;destinados&amp;nbsp;en la&amp;nbsp;UFAM&amp;nbsp;(Unidades&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;Familia&amp;nbsp;y&amp;nbsp;Mujer).&amp;nbsp;Actualmente&amp;nbsp;(agosto&amp;nbsp;2017)&amp;nbsp;existe&amp;nbsp;una ratio de&amp;nbsp;v&#xED;ctima/funcionario&amp;nbsp;de 51,47.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li class="rtejustify" style="margin-left: 38pt;"&gt;Formar&amp;nbsp;a los&amp;nbsp;polic&#xED;as&amp;nbsp;en&amp;nbsp;materia&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;violencia&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;g&#xE9;nero, que&amp;nbsp;presten&amp;nbsp;servicios&amp;nbsp;de 24 horas (ODAC).&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li class="rtejustify" style="margin-left: 38pt;"&gt;Adecuar&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Instalaciones&amp;nbsp;Policiales&amp;nbsp;en&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;que se&amp;nbsp;asiste&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;v&#xED;ctimas&amp;nbsp;para&amp;nbsp;preservar&amp;nbsp;su&amp;nbsp;intimidad&amp;nbsp;y&amp;nbsp;evitar&amp;nbsp;una&amp;nbsp;victimizaci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;secundaria.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li class="rtejustify" style="margin-left: 38pt;"&gt;Mejorar&amp;nbsp;la&amp;nbsp;coordinaci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;entre&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Fuerzas&amp;nbsp;y&amp;nbsp;Cuerpos&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;Seguridad&amp;nbsp;del&amp;nbsp;Estado&amp;nbsp;y&amp;nbsp;polic&#xED;as&amp;nbsp;auton&#xF3;micas&amp;nbsp;y locales&amp;nbsp;para&amp;nbsp;optimizar&amp;nbsp;los&amp;nbsp;recursos&amp;nbsp;y&amp;nbsp;dar&amp;nbsp;una&amp;nbsp;mejor&amp;nbsp;protecci&#xF3;n&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;v&#xED;ctimas.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;

&lt;p class="rtejustify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CSIF&amp;nbsp;Y&amp;nbsp;CEP&amp;nbsp;SUMAN&amp;nbsp;SUS&amp;nbsp;FUERZAS&amp;nbsp;CONTRALA&amp;nbsp;VIOLENCIA&amp;nbsp;DE&amp;nbsp;G&#xC9;NERO&amp;nbsp;Y&amp;nbsp;PIDEN&amp;nbsp;EL&amp;nbsp;APOYO&amp;nbsp;A&amp;nbsp;ESTA&amp;nbsp;CAMPA&#xD1;A&amp;nbsp;A&amp;nbsp;INSTITUCIONES,&amp;nbsp;EMPRESAS,&amp;nbsp;ASOCIACIONES&amp;nbsp;Y A&amp;nbsp;TODA&amp;nbsp;LA&amp;nbsp;CIUDADAN&#xCD;A, PARA&amp;nbsp;CONSEGUIR&amp;nbsp;JUNTOS&amp;nbsp;UNA&amp;nbsp;SOCIEDAD&amp;nbsp;MEJOR,&amp;nbsp;M&#xC1;S&amp;nbsp;JUSTA&amp;nbsp;QUE NO&amp;nbsp;TOLERA&amp;nbsp;LA&amp;nbsp;VIOLENCIA.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
